Terms for buying and ordering Tina Francis Tapestry Kits

It's exciting to order a Tina Francis Tapestry kit or product, we love sending them out across the world. Here for your information are the terms relating to your purchase.

 

1. Delivery

We aim to send out your products within 24 hours of your order, but this will always be determined by stock availibilty.  If you order over the weekend or during a holiday period then orders will be sent on the next working day.

 

If for any reason an item is out of stock we will contact you by email and advise the antitcipated send date.

 

Unless your order is for three kits or more we will always use Royal Mail for UK orders, a posting receipt will always be taken and delivery should be within 3 to 5 working days.

 

For orders outside the UK the products will be sent by airmail and any import tax incurred will be the responsibilty of the purchaser.

 

2. How to order using this site

Next to each product there is an "Add to Bag" button, this button will add the product to your online shopping bag.  It is not a commitment to buy, you can clear your shopping bag at any time up until you have paid for the transaction - this is shown as step 4 "Place Order".

 

Once you have placed your order you will be taken to Paypal to make a payment, you do not have to have a paypal account to pay using this system and can pay with all major credit cards if you wish.

 

Paypal is used worldwide and is a safe and secure way to shop.

 

If after placing your online order you change your mind and do not want to purcahse the product then please call us on 07979 854 649 and we will ensure that the payment is returned promptly.  if the item has already been dispatched then we will wait until its return to refund you.

 

We can also accept cheque payments for kits so please call 07979 854 649 to place your order.

 

3. Returns Policy

Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt, but please call us first so that we can discuss the reasons for the return on 07979 854 649.

 

We will replace the cost of the kit but not the postage, please obtain a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office so that you can track the return.

 

As all Tina Francis Tapestry Kits are boxed it is important that they are returned in pristine condition with the exception of the cellophane wrapping around the kit. You will not be entitled to a refund if the kit or the packaging are faulty or contaminated by odour for example tobacco smoke.

 

If some wool is missing, firstly sorry for that, please call us and the skeins will be sent out to you. 

 

4. Wool Shortages

Tina Francis Tapestry uses Appletons and Anchor wools which are sent directly from them.  From time to time there are wool shortages and so we reserve the right to substitute wool colours, this will not change the quality of the design or the finish.  

 

5. Privacy

Your details will never be passed on to a third party all details are maintained securely.  As we use paypal we have no record of your payment details.

 

6. Postage Charges

As we sell different products the postage charges are shown at the end of the product description. We use a combined postage service so if you order more than one item the postage will be amended accordingly before you check out.  The shipping amount can also be seen in your shopping bag at anytime.
